Life on the farm is kinda laid back...................

It is dry enough for us to get back into the field, so yesterday I grabbed the camera to have in the truck as I was pulling tanks.

This is what I've been using to pull tanks

Life at 25 mph! (Some tanks pull faster than that, but not the one I had hooked on for this load)

Just got Wes hooked up to a fresh tank

The Terragators that are here to spread chicken poo. Otherwise known as the "poo flingers"! (These rigs don't belong to us, just spreading the poo on our ground)

A beautiful spring sunset. (That doesn't mean the workday is done yet tho!)

A common sight this time of year. A neighbor is burning off the edge of the field, and a waterway.

Time for me to head back out and cycle the tanks thru for another day. Hope you all are enjoying your Spring also!

Happy trails

Glad you can get in the fields.
It is sooooo dry here. We need to
burn some around the house, but there is now a burn ban so it will have to wait.
Does Plowbaby like bouncing around in cab or does she stay at the farm in her new playhouse??

The ground is working good. The fields that have more cover left on it is a little wet, but it's still looking good.
Plowbaby is tolerant of having to go with me to pull tanks. She'd MUCH rather be at the farm in her new playhouse. She took her new digital camera today, and she also used mine some. I hope to blog about it later. Right now, it's 9 pm and I just got home. I'm tired and hungry!
