The list.......updated

Well, Plowbaby got a pretty good haul for Christmas. In fact, I think there are more toys and games in my livingroom than at ToysRUs and Wal-Mart!

It was a great day. I wish I could keep her 3 forever. This was such a fun year to watch her, she really "got it" this year. Not only did she "get" the presents/Santa part, she really got the Christmas story of Baby Jesus and His birth. It was soooo cool to hear her re-tell the story in her own 3 year old version.

Let's see, we'll do a check list of her list:

Hungry, Hungry Hippos game......CHECK
Color Wonder Magic Brush........CHECK (Santa)
EleFun Game.......CHECK (Santa)
TinkerBell Movie.......CHECK been watching that one every nite before bed
Barbie Holiday Movie with the Diamond Castle Movie
My Little Pony Ferris Wheel
Scooby Doo House Game
Barbie Peek-a-Boo
Candy Land.......CHECK
Lucky Ducks.......CHECK
a digital camera........CHECK you'll see a blog about this one coming soon! :)
But the big thing this year was the playhouse. Uncle Opie built Plowbaby the BEST,COOLEST playhouse EVER! (Thanks Ope, and Tim for your help too!) They went way above and beyond
what I ever imagined when this project started (Sunday nite, before Christmas!) Plowboy and I purchased the materials, and Ope was the contractor and Ope and Tim were the labor. Of course, Tim wanted it to be fully electric with central heat and air. It didn't go that far.....yet! The playhouse isn't quite finished yet, we have to bring it to our house and sit it on site, assemble the porch (and the IMPORTANT mailbox). When it warms up in the spring, we'll paint the trim.....Sleeping Beauty Pink.

Getting to the new "house" Her first word upon seeing it was "MINE!"

Visiting with Uncle Mike thru the "drive-thru" window

Playing with Sophia and Shane

Writing with Katie on the dry erase wall

Happy trails,
plowgirl

PS......stay warm! It was 70 here yesterday, and 30 today! Gotta love this Kansas winter....NOT!

"More toys in the living room than in Toy's 'R Us." LOL.

I'm thinking I'm gonna need the leaf blower to move the toys out of the way sometimes.

That's a cool playhouse. We got our 4 year old a nicely contructed dollhouse, which took me until 1:30 am to put together. When she saw it Christmas morning she was actually jumping up and down clapping her hands. Priceless.

Enjoy every moment, they grow REALLY fast.

Neat playhouse. She will really enjoy it! After we talked on Christmas Day, we went to see "Secret Life of Bees" The house in the movie is the color of pink I imagined when you said is going to be painted Disney pink!

OMG! That playhouse is too cool! My girls would have given their favorite cat for one like it. Good job to all involved.
